The game which begun the Street Fighter legacy.
Ryu and Ken back from the first Street Fighter, with six new characters: Guile from USA, E. Honda from Japan, Blanka from Brazil, Zangief from USSR, Dhalsim from India and the first woman Chun-Li from China.
You can finally choose a character to play as. In the end of the story you have to fight four non selectable bosses.
The first boss is Balrog from USA, which in the original japanese version is called Mike Bison. Is a restyling of Mike from the first Street Fighter and the name Mike Bison is inspired by Mike Tyson. For this reason his name was changed in Balrog.
The second boss is Vega, named Balrog in original version, from Spain. He is the Shadoloo organization's boss' left arm.
The boss' right arm man and also the penultimate boss of the game, is Sagat,
the only one returning from the first Street Fighter with Ryu and Ken.
Sagat now has the new design with the scar on his chest, caused by Ryu during the final battle of the first Street Fighter.
The final Boss of the game is M. Bison (also know as Mister Bison), originally named Vega in the original japanese version.
Bison is the boss of Shadoloo and all the Street Fighters have to defeat him to win the competition, or vindicate their friend or father in the case of Guile and Chun-Li respectively.
