The Game Boy Advance version is a port from the arcade game "Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper".
It have the same 31 characters and Guile, Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma as hidden unlockable like the console versions of SFA3.
For expand the roster, this game add 3 hidden unlockable characters.
SFA3 resumed Eagle from the first Street Fighter and another from Final Fight, Maki. The 3rd is Yun from Street Fighter III, for a total of 37 fighters.
Compared to previous versions, the graphics are much lower, in order to adapt the game to a portable console like the Game Boy Advance.
