Considered one of the best 2D beat'em up of ever, Street Fighter Alpha 3 is the last chapter of Alpha series.
With a totally new graphic theme, SFA3 in Arcade Version give all the characters from Street Fighter Alpha 2, Cammy included for the first time in arcade version of an alpha game, and another 6 selectable fighters.
One more character come from the other Capcom's game "Final Fight": Cody.
E. Honda, Blanka and Vega join the group from SF II.
The new two characters created for the game are the wrestler R. Mika, whose idol is Zangief, and Karin, the Sakura's rival from the manga "Sakura Ganbaru".
As bosses, not selectable, we found Balrog, Juni and Juli, two members of Dolls, the bodyguards of Bison, like Cammy and very similar to her and among themselves.
In the console versions of Street Fighter Alpha 3, Balrog, Juni and Juli became selectable to the roster, and were added the last remaining characters from Super Street Fighter II: Fei Long, Dee Jay and T.Hawk.
The two bosses Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma became unlockable characters with Guile.
Final M.Bison, or Shin Bison, is the final boss for all the characters.
SFA3, in console version give to the player all the characters from Street Fighter II series and Street Fighter Alpha series, with 3 characters from the first Street Fighter, 4 characters from Final Fight and two new fighters, R.Mika and Karin.
In the Sega Saturn version of the game Guile, Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma are immediately selectable, for a total of 34 characters available.
